The Oliva Restaurant of the Audax is the most “fresh” of our restaurants. Its style is Italian-Minorcan fusion cuisine. The show cooking is a very special feature and offers more than fifteen dishes (antipasti, pastas, pizzas, meat, fish) all cooked for each guest in situ. You can also try our gourmet menú.
